But do not despair about how long the trail is; at the end will be the most rewarding view of the devil’s throat.
- The Hydroelectric Plant - this is a good way to make your Brazilian tour educational by visiting the town’s main hydroelectric plant. The tour begins with a short film showcasing the evolution of power production in the city, how the Itaipu dam was created. What is fascinating about this hydroelectric plant is that it gave birth to the dam, which today is a lifeline for endangered animals as well as the conservation of riparian forests.
