Hertz Car rental services are available from 3 points at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The locations are one at Terminal 1 and two at Terminal 2. Passengers arriving at Terminal 1, which is for international arrivals, will find the Hertz car rental counter at the arrival hall just opposite to them after the baggage claim, near gate 30 of Terminal 1.
In Terminal 2, one counter is at the shopping level between terminals 2C and 2D. This is the counter that is used by passengers arriving at Terminal 2A and 2B also. The other counter at Terminal 2, is at terminal 2F arrivals area, which is just facing the entrance 2. Passengers arriving at Terminal 2G must take a shuttle to 2F and avail Hertz services from there.
For all customers who are making an online booking for a car, they have to provide details like their flight number and terminal of arrival, if they want to get Gold Service. If they are not able to provide their flight details they will have to go to the counter in Terminal 2. Only the terminal 2F counter is open from 4.00am – 6.00am, so all customers whose flights land between that time must proceed to Terminal 2F to get a rental car from Hertz. It is always better to make a booking in advance as that saves you a lot of time at the counter as you are able to cut short the paper work and other formalities.
